Our Cleaning Services

Learn about the different levels of cleaning we offer and what makes our approach so thorough and effective for your home.

A Standard Cleaning is designed for maintenance. It’s the recurring service (weekly or bi-weekly) that keeps a home in a consistently great state after it has been brought up to our high standards. A standard clean includes all the essentials: thoroughly cleaning bathrooms and kitchen surfaces, dusting all rooms, cleaning mirrors, and vacuuming and mopping all floors.

A Deep Cleaning is a much more intensive, restorative service. It includes everything in a standard clean, plus all the detailed, often-neglected tasks. This involves hand-wiping all baseboards and door frames, cleaning the interior of windows and window sills, removing heavy soap scum buildup in showers, and cleaning the exterior of cabinets. A deep clean is typically required for a first-time service and is also perfect for a seasonal refresh. It’s the service that brings your home to a “like-new” level of clean.

Booking & Estimates

Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and respectful of your time. Here’s what you need to know about getting started.

Yes, our estimates are always 100% free and come with no obligation. We believe in providing clear, transparent pricing before any work begins.

Our pricing is based on several key factors to ensure a fair and accurate quote. We consider the total square footage of your home, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of service you require (e.g., a recurring standard clean vs. a one-time deep clean or a post-construction clean). We also factor in the overall condition of the home and the presence of pets. For recurring services, the frequency of visits also affects the price per visit, with weekly service being the most cost-effective on a per-clean basis. This personalized approach ensures you only pay for the services you actually need.

Our Team & Your Trust

Inviting a service into your home requires complete confidence. We’ve built our business on a foundation of trust and security.

Yes, absolutely and without exception. This is a cornerstone of our professionalism and your peace of mind.

This means each team member is fully covered by our General Liability Insurance (to protect against accidental damage) and our Workers’ Compensation Insurance (to protect you from liability if an employee is injured on your property). Furthermore, every single employee undergoes a thorough, professional background check before they are hired. We would never send someone into your home that we wouldn’t trust in our own.

Usually Asked Question

Our standard recurring cleaning (whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) is designed to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in your home. Each visit includes a thorough cleaning of all bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, mirrors, and floors), a complete cleaning of the kitchen (wiping all countertops and cabinet exteriors, cleaning the sink, and wiping down appliance fronts), dusting of all surfaces and furniture in every room, and a comprehensive vacuum and mop of all floors. Our goal is to handle all the regular upkeep so you can consistently enjoy a fresh and tidy home.

Absolutely. We understand that every home and every client is unique. While our standard checklists are incredibly thorough, you can always customize your cleaning plan. You can request to add specific tasks on a recurring or one-time basis, such as cleaning the inside of the refrigerator, cleaning the oven interior, or detailed cleaning of your lanai. Please let us know what you need during your estimate process or contact our office before your scheduled clean, and we will be happy to provide a quote for the additional services.

Yes, we do. Interior window cleaning, including the sills and tracks, is a standard part of our Deep Cleaning and Move-In/Move-Out services and can be added to any recurring service upon request. We also offer exterior window cleaning for ground-floor windows. For multi-story homes or more extensive exterior window work, we can recommend one of our trusted, insured local partners who specializes in that service.

Post-construction cleaning is a highly specialized, intensive service designed to deal with the unique challenges of a construction site. While a deep clean tackles household dirt and grime, a post-construction clean focuses on removing fine, often hazardous, drywall and silica dust from every surface, from the ceilings to the inside of air vents. It also includes detailed tasks like removing adhesive residue from new fixtures, cleaning paint overspray, and preparing a home to be truly “move-in ready” after a build or renovation. It requires specialized equipment, including HEPA-filter vacuums, and specific techniques to ensure the home is safe and pristine.

Not at all. In fact, the majority of our clients are not home during their cleanings. They love the experience of leaving for work or errands and returning to a perfectly clean home. All we need is a reliable way to enter the property.

We offer several secure options. Most of our recurring clients provide us with a spare key or a garage/door code. Others may use a lockbox. All keys are securely coded and stored in a locked safe when not in use. We will work with you to establish an entry method that you are completely comfortable with.

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us time to adjust our teams’ schedules. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We make every effort to send the same trusted team for each recurring appointment. We believe this is essential for building a trusting relationship and providing a consistent, personalized service. Your dedicated team becomes familiar with the specific nuances of your home and your personal preferences, leading to an incredibly efficient and high-quality clean every time. In the event of a team member’s illness or vacation, we will always send another fully trained and vetted Magnolia Cleaning employee.

Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority and the foundation of our reputation. We offer a 24-hour, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact our office within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we will schedule a time for our team to return and re-clean the specific areas in question at no additional charge.

We are a pet-friendly company and our teams love animals! However, for the safety and comfort of both your pets and our staff, we do ask that you secure them in a safe, comfortable space (like a crate, a closed-off room, or a lanai) while we are cleaning. This prevents them from becoming anxious with the new people and vacuum sounds, and ensures our team can work safely and efficiently. Please let us know if you have pets when you book your service.

We make payment simple and secure. We accept all major credit cards. For your convenience, we require a credit card on file at the time of booking. Your card will be charged automatically and securely after your cleaning service has been completed, and a detailed invoice will be emailed to you for your records.

We treat your home with the utmost respect and care, but we understand that accidents, though rare, can happen. Magnolia Cleaning SWFL is fully bonded and insured with a comprehensive General Liability policy. In the unlikely event of damage, our team will document it immediately and report it to our office. We will then contact you right away to discuss the issue and work to have the item repaired or replaced through our insurance. This protection is a key reason to always hire a legitimate, insured professional cleaning company.
